Product Architect
Overview
As a Product Architect at SysMind, you’ll be at the helm of designing scalable, intelligent, and high-performance enterprise solutions that redefine how businesses operate. You’ll translate complex functional requirements into modular, future-ready architectures, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, API ecosystems, and cloud-native design. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders; engineering, UX, and business teams, to ensure that the product vision is technically sound, secure, and strategically aligned.
This is a hands-on leadership role for architects who love to build, mentor, and innovate at scale.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction for enterprise-grade software products and platforms.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate business goals into robust technical blueprints.
- Design scalable, modular architectures leveraging microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, and automation frameworks into product design.
- Define API standards, data models, and communication protocols to ensure interoperability and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture audits to enforce compliance with best practices and performance standards.
- Establish DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring frameworks for efficient releases and product reliability.
- Optimize system scalability and performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and proposing design improvements.
- Guide technical teams through the SDLC, providing mentorship on design patterns, system trade-offs, and code quality.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to embed security-by-design principles into every component.
